Impressive spa services, highly praised location, modern room decor
Parking is a hassle with only two drop-off spots available!!! Cleaning services need improvement — dusty carpets, shabby bathrooms, and inadequate bathroom amenities leave much to be desired!!!

Exceptional location and friendly service
I had a delightful stay, with the hotel conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my time there very enjoyable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including delicious hot options and fresh pastries. The only drawback was that the room could benefit from additional drawer space for personal items.

comfortable stay but breakfast could improve
The beds offered great comfort, and the room was immaculate, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. Shared areas maintained high cleanliness standards. Plus, the city view from our room added a nice touch to our experience.
The breakfast options were not appealing to our tastes.

Spacious rooms feature modern decor, with nicely maintained bathrooms and cozy furnishings. Guests can enjoy a jacuzzi and sauna in the basement, along with a well-equipped gym, which adds a nice touch for relaxation after a day out.
The shower and sink in my room had low water pressure, making for a frustrating experience. I faced a lack of consistency in housekeeping, as my bathroom was not cleaned well at times, and the towels felt worn out. Plus, the TV was too small for the room size, making it hard to enjoy any entertainment comfortably. The room lighting was also quite dim, which may bother those who like a bright environment for reading or working.
