Nice place with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic spa. On my first stay, the staff assisted me in finding transport. I recommend enjoying the breakfast options! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Parking is a hassle with only two drop-off spots available!!! Cleaning services need improvement — dusty carpets, shabby bathrooms, and inadequate bathroom amenities leave much to be desired!!!

I had a delightful stay, with the hotel conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my time there very enjoyable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including delicious hot options and fresh pastries. The only drawback was that the room could benefit from additional drawer space for personal items.

I faced a lack of consistency in housekeeping, as my bathroom was not cleaned well at times, and the towels felt worn out. Plus, the TV was too small for the room size, making it hard to enjoy any entertainment comfortably. The room lighting was also quite dim, which may bother those who like a bright environment for reading or working.
